TrueFlo™ Irrigation Line Cleaner

TrueFlo™ Irrigation Line Cleaner is a hydroponic system maintenance product designed to clean and maintain irrigation lines, emitters, reservoirs, trays, pumps, injectors, and dosers. Powered by hypochlorous acid, TrueFlo helps combat scale, mineral deposits, and organic buildup so irrigation systems keep flowing consistently.

Use it as part of routine preventive maintenance during a crop cycle or as a turnaround reset between crops. When used at recommended rates, TrueFlo is safe for plants and easy to integrate into hydroponic and liquid-feed programs.

Use TrueFlo according to label directions and your facility SOPs.

For routine use with plants, dose TrueFlo into the irrigation or nutrient solution at the recommended rate. Best practice is to add TrueFlo after pH adjustment to help prevent hypochlorite fallout. Mix thoroughly, then verify pH and EC before irrigating.

For turnaround resets, line shocks, or surface cleaning, follow the higher label-listed rates and application instructions. Circulate or soak as directed, then flush with fresh water before returning the system to production.

TrueFlo can be used in direct-inject systems, batch tanks, day tanks, distribution lines, reservoirs, trays, pumps, emitters, and injector or doser loops.

Irrigation buildup can quietly reduce crop performance. Scale, minerals, biofilm, and organic residues can restrict lines, clog emitters, disrupt injector performance, and create uneven delivery across the crop.

TrueFlo helps growers protect the consistency of their irrigation system. Cleaner lines and emitters support more uniform flow, more predictable fertigation, and fewer maintenance surprises. That matters because even small differences in water and nutrient delivery can create uneven plant growth, inconsistent crop response, and unnecessary labor.

For commercial facilities and serious growers, TrueFlo turns line cleaning into a simple, repeatable maintenance step instead of a reactive emergency.

TrueFlo — How to Use

TrueFlo Irrigation
Line Cleaner™
As an cleaning agent, HOCl will
react with and oxidize other
compounds (organic or
inorganic) in the nutrient
solution.
Important: Carefully consider your rate
selection relative to the amount of
organic or inorganic material in the
nutrient solution.
Best practice: Add TrueFlo to the nutrient
solution after pH adjustment to prevent
hypochlorite fallout.
Direct Inject
(with plants*):
Apply 3-9
mL/gal
(0.2-0.66 ppm)
See reverse
side for ppm
details
Line Shock
(At Reset):
Apply 14-203
mL/gal
(1-15 ppm)
Surface
Cleaning:
Use 200-280
mL/gal
(15-20 ppm)
If using running a high EC feed or
supplements containing humics,
microbes, aminos, seaweed, or
carbohydrates it is recommended to
apply at 5 - 9 mL/gal to account for
oxidation reaction to organic material.
TrueFlo (HOCl) is most effective within a pH range of 4 to
6, maintaining its molecular form.
Diluted, TrueFlo has a shorter shelf life (days to a week);
