Bonchi Bonsai Peppers
The GH blog has linked to Fatalii before for growing in a Waterfarm (with a snake on top!), but Fatalii has the best guide on growing “Bonchi” or bonsai peppers.

Bonsai peppers are essentially full-grown pepper plants cut down to fit in a miniature pot. I plan on growing my own Bonchi with Cocotek, compost, and MaxiGro. Check it out!
