Figs
There are many fruit trees at General Hydroponics, including lemons, apples, and figs. The figs are just beginning to get ripe and plump. I love the structure of the leaves and branches, and I love the fruit grilled in salads.

Dang, that sounds good, grilled figs. Do you cut it in half and peel the outside or do you just grill it cut side down?

I slice them in half leghtwise and then grill them face down. Watch them, cause they stick if you let them go too long!

Excellent, I’m gonna try that, however, here in the south some people think those things are gourds and hang them from the porch.

Our fig tree froze dead to ground level this year, but recovered and grew more than all the years before together. Lots of figs up to the size you pictured, I hope we get our first harvest this year!
