Guest Blogger Red-Icculus at Reggae Rising!
This has been a crazy week for General Hydroponics. Last week we rocked the trade show, and this week the team is heading to Reggae Rising. But I won’t be there! Instead, Red-Icculus will be guest blogging for GH!
Red-Icculus should be known to our readers as one of our power users. He, reader Ragnar, and [...]

GH Customer Appreciation Party at the SF Trade Show
To thank retailers, GH rented the FireHouse, a great old building adjacent to the trade show floor at the Ft. Mason Center, San Francisco. A bbq raged and drinks flowed freely. Super colorful banners hung on the walls and the view of Alcatraz was amazing.

Air Scrubbers In Space!
So, outerspace and hydroponics just go together. Our nutes have even been used by astronauts in space! I read this article about scrubbers on the space station, and thought I would share.

Growing Hops at General Hydroponics
There’s two greenhouses that I mention regularly on the blog. Our smaller test greenhouse, and our massive ornamental greenhouse. But there is also a third greenhouse! And right now it is filled with hops. Beautiful, thriving, sweetly scented hops. They are in a very small space, in WaterFarms. The roof panel of the greenhouse had [...]

Hydro stores on Twitter
I’m hoping to find more hydro stores to follow on Twitter. Especially ones like bghydro.com. Better Grow is a great online shop, with a fully comprehensive website. They re-tweeted our organics feed chart, and that made me happy!
Do you have any favorite shops that use Twitter? Let me know! And follow us too!
