Introducing Pineapple Rush FloraNectar

General Hydroponics is happy to announce the release of the newest flavor of FloraNectar. Pineapple Rush is an organic nutrient supplement designed as a sweetener for your fruits and flowers. FloraNectar is already made with quality organic sugars, including molasses and all natural raw cane sugar. Pineapple Rush adds the essence of pineapple to the formula.

The product actually smells like pineapples. A LOT like pineapples. This is not to say that if you grow tomatoes, they will taste like pineapples, but certain crops will pick up the essence and transfer it to their flowers. The intention is not for an overwhelming aroma, but just a little surge in sweetness.

Pineapple Rush sweetens crops by optimizing the transference of sugars to fruits and flowers. Beyond enhancing the aroma and flavor of your crop, Pineapple Rush maintains plant metabolism by helping them regulate enzymes. Growers can also count on this supplement to help plants achieve a balance between respiration and photosynthesis, a balance that can often be thrown off by high intensity growing.

This product is a limited release, and represents the newest flavor in the FloraNectar product line. We would love your feedback in the comments section. A neutral, non flavored version is in the works, but what other flavors would you like to see? Let us know!

I would love to see an unflavored version. I currently use the FruitnFusion and stop half way through flowering because I don’t care for the “artificial” taste and smell that it imparts. I might try the pineapple rush, but am currently working on my own version; sans flavors.

Everyone seems to love the smell of Berries! I just started trying flora nector (with flora blend) this crop and so far I am seeing an improvement over last crop. The proof will be in the harvest and the taste of the final product. I’ll let you know. …DFR

everyone should use this product, its awesome. I have a hydro shop in CT, I recommend this to everyone, regardless of what nutrient line they buy. The ingredients speak for themselves. If you have a few extra bucks ( priced awesome) spend them on any flavor of floranectar you can buy. They all work the same, but man does it give a really sweet, fruity taste, I can also say I have never had such sticky veggies after dry and cure, its like the sugars are busting through.
No this is not a paid endorsement:) I actually use it, and like I said I highly recomend it to everyone in my store.

You can NOT add flavor to plants. You can feed them things that will alter the flavor/aroma however, Flora Nectar Pineapple Rush DOES NOT contain the ingredients needed.

Want sweet tasting plants… Look into why Cranberry concentrate and blueberry concentrates can/will/do add sweet flavors.

I hate Advanced Nutrients but their Sweet Leaf is the ONLY product on the market that will change the flavor of your plants.

Can you use FloraNectar PineappleRush untill day of harvest or do you have to flush it out when you flush your nutrients out in the last week.

You sure can! It’s a sweetener, and so it has no salts that need flushing. Let us know how it turns out!

If I am already using FloraNectar (and loving it) in a synthetic soil grow, would I replace the “regular” FloraNectar with the PineappleRush product or would I supplement and use both?

Hello,
You can use either. Flora Nectar fruit infusion tends to bring out sweet flavors and the Pineapple Rush is better for tart or sour flavors. They are identical in their formulation, the only difference is the flavoring.
Thanks,
