This weekend in San Rafael California is the 19th annual Bioneers Conference. I was able to go back in ’98 ’99 and 2000, and I believe attending the conference deeply changed my view of environmental activism. I was exposed to people who deeply care for the earth, and who strive everyday to share their knowledge of organic farming, recycling and reuse, alternative fuels and energy and sustainability.

I featured a video from Paul Stamets yesterday and he will be one of the presenters at Bioneers. The conference not only includes lectures and group learning experiences, but also seed exchanges, dance parties, and a film festival. Besides the event in Marin, there will be satelite events in 18 different communties. I really suggest you try to make it to one!
